i liked that there was a bathtub. comfortable beds in the rooms. i do recommend this hotel. convenient base for holiday in ipoh.

Its natural surroundings and very near to the places of interest. Also good location to rest after for a day trip to Cameron Highlands.
Too few food choice for buffet breakfast. Do not have a swimming pool or gym. The water pressure for the bath was too low.

Attended the engagement of my nephew. The hotel location was very convenient.
The hotel staff not friendly and helpful. I am referring to the front desk personnel.

We stayed in double/single rooms as the apartment unit were full. The rooms were simple and clean. Breakfast was ok too, sufficient choices for the rate. A good value for money hotel.
Basement carpark needs a bit of cleaning and more lighthings.

Nothing much that I can elaborate except for the greenery landscape .
I have verbally complained to the front desk upon my checking out - the toilet was not cleaned for weeks / months. Stained were found in the toilet bowl and the outside of the bowl. Personal hygiene is very important and this hotel / condo seriously lacked. I was in Room 562

The cleanliness was bad!!! Many cockroaches around the bed!!! I even required to change a room once stepped in the room given cause I heard the sound of water flowing from the bathtub but nobody was there! How could this kind of great mistake happened?! What kind of service was they provided for customer?! My godness!!!

Budget hotel that meets basic needs
No toothbrush and hand towel provided
